A native of Sydney Australia, his career has taken him to London, New York and most recently Los Angeles to join the creative leadership at 72andSunny.
Over the past decade Michael has been recognized as a new breed of creative leader for his entrepreneurial approach to building brands. He has presented as a keynote speaker at the Cannes Lions, Dubai LYNX and Young Lions Festivals and judged international awards including the Cannes Lions Titanium / Integrated and Film Jury, Clio Awards, Facebook Studio Awards, Dubai Lynx Festival, Cannes Young Marketers and the LIA Awards.
His work has been awarded with over 40 Cannes Lions including 2 Cannes Grand Prix (Unilever 'Lynx Jet' and Canon 'Photochains'), 2 Cannes 'Agency of the Year' titles, Clio Hall of Fame 2014 for Earth Hour 'Monuments', Best of Show at One Show Entertainment for 'New York Writes Itself', Young Gun of the Decade, Young Gun of the Year, D&AD yellow pencils, One Show Gold, Andy's Gold, Clio Gold and MTV Music video award nominations.
